Susan E. Chase is Director of Audiology. She is responsible for managing and supporting our Audiology staff, which includes Audiologists, Hearing Instrument Specialists, Audiometric Technicians, Audiology Externs and Audiology Coordinators). Her duties also include research & development; and patient relations.

Prior to taking this role in September 2024, Susan served as a Pediatric Audiologist in the State of Delaware’s Public Health and Department of Education for 33 years. After leaving Delaware, she served in several other positions, including Director of Audiology for the Professional Hearing Aid Association in Columbia, SC; Educational Audiologist for the Richland Two School District in Columbia, SC; Consultant for the McDowell School District in North Carolina; and Expert Medical Professional for SSA.

Susan earned her Bachelor of Arts with Honors from Brooklyn College of the City of New York in Communication Disorders, and a Master of Arts from University of Maryland, College Park in Audiology. She is nationally certified by American Speech and Hearing Association in Audiology.
